Sides of the plywood refers to the large flat surfaces of the plywood, like the front & back of a book.
Edges of the plywood refers to the thin sides of a plywood where we can see the layers. Picture seeing the pages of the book from the side.
So from there we have (3) key types of finishing, plus edge banding explained.
1) Plain
– Refers to raw plywood. The sides are sanded and edges are exposed.
2) One-Sided
– Refers to plywood with one-side laminated with either PVC or Formica. By default it is white PVC.
3) Two-Sided
– Refers to plywood with both sides laminated with either PVC, Formica, or both. By default, both sides will be white PVC.
4) Edge Banding
– Refers to the application of laminate on the edge of the plywood to cover the layers. By default, we will use white PVC. If a specific formica or PVC color is chosen, we will match it accordingly.

For obvious reasons, we strictly do not take refunds unless it is proven to be our fault.
We are doing custom made products on per-order basis. This means that your refunded item will be discarded at our loss. The circumstances that leads to a refund is if our carpenters have cut the item at the wrong dimensions beyond hope, and/or we have done the wrong customizations and it is no longer possible to salvage the piece.
That said, we do our very best to ensure all items is done accurately to match the expectations of our customers 🙂
The short answer is … YES! We do accept credit card payments for all your miles/cashback chasers.
HOWEVER, for projects valued above $800, we only take direct bank transfer and/or PayNow to our Business Bank Account.
In this case, Credit Card payments is available at a surcharge of 3.4% of the quoted price. The surcharge is taken by the payment gateway and not us.
In most cases, yes.
For projects valued at below $800, we take 100% full upfront payment either via iBanking, PayNow, or Credit Card.
For projects above $800, it will be 50% upfront payment upon confirmation and the remaining 50% either:
– Before deliver
– Or before installation (for on-site installation)
– Or one day before collection (for self-collection)
We provide island-wide shipping in Singpaore with the exception to the following areas, which requires additional charges:
1. Sentosa
2. Jurong Port
3. Tuas South
We also don’t provide deliveries to offshore islands.
Shipping Rates:
1. L+W+H ≤ 150cm: $7.50
2. L+W+H ≤ 280cm, no side exceeding 150cm: $15
3. All other sizes: $40
All orders are processed within 24 hours and set to be dispatched within 3 working days. Items will be sent to you within 1-3 working days from dispatch.
This is a case-by-case basis. Due to rising operational costs, we can’t possibly do a house visit for any and every project given to us. If the project deems necessary for a house visit, we will definitely schedule one. Prior to the house visit, a tentative quotation will be given to ensure we are all on the same page in terms of budgeting and total costs required. We try to keep things transparent as much as possible.
We used to not take any appointments but we do now! If you have a query that you need to clarify face to face, we are here for you. But note that an appointment HAS to be made and we still do not take walk-ins. The reason is simple, because very often, we are out on site work and the office is left unattended. There’s also the chance that there are workers in the office but they are not trained to handle your queries. To ensure a smooth meeting, we require appointments to be made and confirmed in advance before coming down.
